Hamiltech Remote Support is managed through the Team viewer support application found here - www.teamviewer.com
We use this software as it is free to use as we trial it out. This enables us to keep costs down to us and to end users (you).
The program is simple.. simply goto the website www.teamviewer.com and click on the link that says "Join Remote Control Session". Once you have downloaded the extremely small file (***kb), Click to run the application and it presents you with an ID and a Password field.
These 2 pieces of information is all that is required for our engineers to connect remotely from our office in Leicester to you desktop/laptop or Samsung mobile phone. The software is 100% secure using 2048bit RSA private/public key exchange and 256 Bit AES session encoding so no prying eyes can gain access to your personal files and folders.
Once the session has ended our engineers cannot access your pc at all unless you say so. The program automatically gives you a new id and password.
